Jessica
Description of Jessica
Mike
Mike has been with the St. George Running Center since day one. He brings decades (and we mean many many decades of experience. Mike is a very accomplished tri-athlete and a passionate runner. Mike will gladly share his opinion with you, whether you want it or not.
Shannon
I am a Utah native and have lived in St. George for the past 8 years with my husband and two kids. I enjoy running long distances both on the road and trails. I ran the Boston Marathon last year and look forward to the St. George Marathon each year. I have also participated in several 50-mile ultra marathons and think maybe a 100-mile race may be in my future. I believe it is just as important to build mental toughness for a race as it is to train physically.
Brian
Brian wants to live in a world where he can eat whatever he wants and still look good in yoga pants.
He started running (hated it and failed many times) as a way to drop some pounds. Found a love (way to hate less) for running, and later triathlon, through joining groups like the St. George Running Club, and meeting new friends with similar goals. He’s participated in many events, from 5k’s through Marathons, to Iornman70.3’s.
When he’s not training, you can find him eating and hanging with his wife and two boys. (Sorry ladies, he’s taken).
He loves to help beginners and “non-runners” find their love of running and being active.
